  • Online therapy is flexible and convenient. I use a secure HIPAA compliant video platform, that is confidential and easy to use. You can join therapy appointments from a smartphone, computer, or tablet from a private location, as long as you are located in Massachusetts. You will be emailed a link 48 hours prior to your appointment. All you have to do is click the link from your smartphone, tablet or computer, and you will be brought to your video appointment with me. Clients have told me that it's an easy and convenient way to attend therapy appointments.

  • Yes, I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Mass General Health Plan (formerly Allways), Health Plans Inc., Optum, Oscar, Oxford and United Behavioral Health/United HealthCare insurances.

Of note, I have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and partner with Alma Mental Health, who completes benefits verifications, completes billing, and collects copayments for each appointment for the insurances listed above.

For those with other PPO insurance plans, (BCBS, Cigna, Tufts, other insurance plan) I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means that you pay the private-pay fee (below) for each appointment up-front and I can provide you a receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. • Initial evaluation: $190

Our first appointment will be an initial evaluation where I can answer any questions you might have about therapy and anything else that comes to mind. We will discuss the reason why you are seeking therapy and what you hope to accomplish, change, improve or understand better.

    45-minute sessions: $160

We will work together to process the issues that your bring to therapy, discuss skills and techniques you can use in your day-to-day life, work through challenges and barriers, and celebrate your successes and progress along the way.

  • All payments will be collected by credit card (most major credit cards) at the end of each appointment, which will be saved on file using HIPAA compliant medical record software.

  • The duration of therapy can vary based on several factors, such as the nature of your challenges, the severity of your symptoms, and your desired therapeutic goals.

Some individuals come to therapy with a specific issue in mind and can find relief and progress within 8-12 sessions. In contrast, others may seek ongoing support for a range of concerns and prefer a more extended therapy period.

I offer EMDR therapy, which can potentially expedite the healing and treatment process, resulting in quicker relief. With EMDR, we can achieve therapeutic goals more efficiently. My approach is focused on active, goal-oriented collaboration to provide you with relief and facilitate your personal growth.

Throughout our therapy journey, we will periodically evaluate your progress and adjust the treatment plan to ensure that it aligns with your evolving needs and goals.

  • All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours will be charged my full private-pay rate fee. Additionally, no show/missed appointments will be charged my private-pay rate.
