— WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Support starts here.
Meet the team.
We believe therapy works best when it’s intentional. That means focused care, practical tools, and a commitment to helping you move forward.
Kevin Hayden, LICSW
Founder/Therapist
I started Whole Mind because too many people were suffering longer than they needed to, especially those with OCD and anxiety who’d seen multiple therapists and still felt stuck. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in OCD, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety driven patterns, using ERP and evidence based tools to help people stop the cycle and actually move forward. I believe you’re more capable than the OCD is telling you, and therapy should help you see that.

Mission:
My practice is built on the belief that therapy should be practical, approachable, and focused on real change. Too many people spend years stuck in cycles of anxiety, OCD, burnout, and overthinking without fully understanding what’s keeping them there. Whole Mind is about helping people better understand their patterns, build effective tools, and move forward with more confidence and flexibility.
I’m committed to creating a supportive, collaborative environment where people feel understood, challenged, and capable of meaningful change.
I've run the Boston Marathon three times in support of this mission, with Samaritans in 2024 and 2025 to raise funds for suicide prevention, and with Learn to Cope in 2026 to support those affected by addiction. Asking for help is okay. Everyone deserves support, and that's what Whole Mind is all about.
My path to becoming a therapist:
I've spent over 20 years working with people navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives - burnout, anxiety, OCD, and the patterns that keep people stuck no matter how hard they try. What drew me specifically to OCD work was seeing how often it gets misdiagnosed or undertreated, and how much people suffer unnecessarily as a result. ERP works. People get better. That matters to me.

Therapist
Hello, I’m Katie and I enjoy helping individuals overcome challenges and find meaning and purpose in their lives through the process of therapy. My journey into the world of therapy is rooted in my desire to help people feel seen and understood while empowering them to move beyond self-limiting beliefs.
-
Mission:
My mission as a therapist is to provide a non-judgmental space where clients can reconnect to their authentic selves to establish a safe foundation for personal transformation. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life they want to be present for. My hope is to help others gain the insight, knowledge and skills needed to achieve this goal.
My Path to Becoming a Therapist:
I became a therapist because I’ve always been fascinated by learning about other people’s unique experiences, values, and challenges. From a young age, I’ve often been told that I have a way of seeing through to the heart of matters and I’ve been able to apply this strength to my work throughout my career as a clinician.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with various people of different ages and backgrounds during some of the most challenging times of their lives. It has been my privilege to partner with them and bear witness to their progress.
